Intellectual property & DMCA-style notice

Traditional-dating Legal respects intellectual property rights. This process supports copyright complaints (including US DMCA-style notices where applicable) and other IP reports relating to content on Traditional Dating.

1. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it to operate the service — see Terms & Conditions.

2. Copyright complaint — information to include

Send a notice to the contact below with:

• Your name, address, and preferred contact.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed.
• Identification of the material on our service (URLs, user identifiers, timestamps).
• A good-faith statement that use is not authorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that your notice is accurate and you are authorised to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-notice

Where the law provides counter-notification procedures, we will follow them. Users may lose access to removed content pending resolution.

4. Repeat infringer policy

We may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe others’ IP rights.
