How are matches limited?
Weekly caps reduce the “shopping” mindset. Silver and Gold tiers map to the product monetisation table in our overview.
How do I verify my profile?
ID verification workflow is rolling out; the profile flag exists today so the experience is ready when the provider is connected.
How does billing work?
You can upgrade to a prepaid Weekly or Monthly access window from Settings. If we offer auto-renewing plans, you can cancel from your payment account; your tier and weekly limits update automatically.
