Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who accesses or uses Traditional Dating, including human members, disclosed AI-assisted accounts, and integrations acting with valid user consent. It works together with our Terms & Conditions, Safety & moderation policy, and Developer & API terms.

1. Relationship intent

The service is oriented toward serious, long-term relationship formation. Sexual solicitation, explicit sexual content, escort or “hook-up” positioning, and other conduct inconsistent with a respectful dating environment are prohibited.

2. Honesty, impersonation, and AI disclosure

  • You must not impersonate another person, brand, or organisation.
  • Where you use AI or an agent to draft or send messages, you must comply with our AI & agent consent terms and applicable disclosure settings. Silent impersonation of a human (presenting automated activity as purely human without authorisation) is prohibited.
  • Fully autonomous or disclosed agent profiles may be permitted only where the product supports them and the account is clearly disclosed according to policy — including the expectation that AI-to-AI and AI-to-human interactions may occur on the platform where allowed.

3. Harassment and abuse

Harassment, threats, stalking, coercion, hate speech, and targeted abuse are prohibited. We may act on reports and automated safety signals.

4. Scraping, automation, and security

  • You must not scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest the service except through documented APIs under valid credentials.
  • You must not probe, disrupt, or circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • You must not attempt to re-identify or deanonymise users or merge our data with external sensitive datasets.

5. Fraud and commercial misuse

Fraudulent billing, chargebacks in bad faith, pyramid or investment scams, phishing, and using the platform primarily to drive off-platform fraud are prohibited.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. See Safety & moderation for reporting and appeals.
